A very short break!

Come join us for this evening‘s Beginner’s Yoga class or tomorrow’s 2 Vinyasa class (7.30am & 10am) or Gentle Yoga at 6pm before I take a short break from Friday (23rd April) till Tuesday (27th April). All classes will be back from Wednesday onwards. No matter whichever style of yoga you practice, keeping a regular yoga routine will always help you maintain our physicaI, mental and spiritual well-being.
