Our Community Yoga Class returns tomorrow (Wednesday), 6.30–7.30pm. This class is FREE and open to anyone who’s curious about yoga, or who may be seeking a little more space, calmness and stillness in their week. Together, we’ll explore the power and beauty of the breath through gentle breathwork, meditation and mindful stretching.
