Beginner’s Yoga 5 -Week Term starting on 18th Feb!

New to yoga or thinking about returning to your practice? lè.yoga’s 5-week Beginner’s Term is the perfect way to explore the foundations of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath work). Our flow yoga practice encourages fluid movement, ease in breathing, strength building, balance, and mindfulness—helping you discover the calm that yoga offers.


Join us from February 18, every Tuesday from 6:00–7:30 PM for five weeks. Mats and props are provided, and we’re offering a special price of $100 for all five classes.
