Bring your phone along to yoga classes 🤭🤭🤭

Who would’ve thought that I’m getting you all to bring your phones along to class … that’s probably the easiest way to check in to help trace movements (just in case) … you can leave your phones in the cupboard (silenced please 🙏🏼) before heading into the studio 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️ See you all in the coming days and on the mat!
