lè.yoga is back in Daylesford


Established in 2013 and housed in Red Gables, we are now in a new space of the house, designed to inspire movement, flow, and breath. Through our yoga practice, we aim to cultivate better health, deepen self-connection, and bring balance and mindfulness to life - both within and beyond the studio.

lè.yoga’s new yoga space is evolving slowly … with self healing yoga as a life tool that I love to share and learn, great audio sound filling the room as we flow and adding a little touch of good design aesthetic … all the 3 big loves that are my oxygen for life that I have the privilege to wrap them all up in one room.

At lè.yoga, we offer a variety of classes designed to meet you where you are on your journey to becoming healthier, stronger, and more grounded. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes allow you to mix and match according to your needs, helping you grow as an individual while staying connected to our vibrant yoga community. Together, we share, learn, and support each other’s practice.

 

• Beginner’s Flow: Build a strong foundation with this class, focusing on fluid transitions between poses and connecting to your breath.

 

• Gentle Flow: A calming practice emphasising mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness through gentle movements.

 

• Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic, energizing class featuring more challenging sequences to deepen strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, guiding you to a place of stillness and reflection.

 

• Slow Flow-Yin: A deeply relaxing class that encourages surrender to gravity and uses thoughtfully designed postures to release physical and mental tension.

6:00 PM - Slow Flow-Yin

 

Friday

7:30 AM - Vinyasa Flow

9:30 AM - Gentle Flow

 

All classes are 90 minutes.
