No better time to be introduced to your yoga practice with our Beginner’s Yoga class while the current restriction limits our studio to only 5 practitioners. The classes are designed to help set yourself a good foundation and understandings for your pranayama (breathwork) and asana (posture) practice. Book in your spot!
