Hello Yogis,
Thank you for joining me in settling into our new studio space and gradually shaping it into the perfect environment for our practice in the years ahead. I’m also thankful for the opportunities to share yoga with corporate groups and guests visiting our town. It was wonderful to guide over 20 yogis practising at Hotel Bellinzona before their conference.

As autumn approaches, with its cooler temperatures and shorter days, our town is at its most beautiful. It’s also an ideal time to embrace a little more time indoors—a chance to recharge after summer and support our wellbeing before winter sets in. (Though, as you all know, I absolutely love the colder days!)
Just as lè.yoga has evolved over the years, I’ve designed the studio to be a space where yogis can explore their personal yoga journey—whether that’s building physical strength, reconnecting with the mind and body, or simply taking 90 minutes to be present with themselves. After a 2.5-year break, reopening the studio has been a journey for me too, and I’m excited to welcome new practitioners and support them in discovering yoga as a tool for a well-balanced life.
Beginner’s Class Updates:
Starting in April, classes will continue as follows:
✨ Beginner’s Yoga – Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30 PM
✨ Intermediate Beginner’s Yoga – Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 PM
Both require a 5-class commitment, to be used within 8 weeks, at a discounted rate of $100.
For those practicing twice a week, I’ve noticed a significant shift in wellbeing and want to encourage that commitment. So, I’m introducing a 2-Class Weekly Pass for just $39 with an auto-payment subscription (which we can pause when you’re away).
There are still a few copies of a fantastic book on the benefits of breathing (far better explained than I ever could!), Breath by James Nestor, and I’ve restocked Jade Harmony Yoga Mats at the studio. (Available to purchase online!)
Running a small, community-focused studio is a privilege, allowing us to keep classes intimate and tailor sequences to those attending rather than following a fixed routine. With over 20 years of yoga in my life, I’m always happy to offer guidance or suggestions—feel free to reach out anytime!
I’ll be taking a short break from March 22-30, but I look forward to seeing you at the studio soon.

BeJoyful 樂
Adrian
