We turn 8 today!!!

With our lockdown commencing today, I’ll have to share online that my humble little yoga studio turns 8 today ❤️ I had to include this picture as it’s pretty memorable one that we squeezed 15 of you into the studio on one Saturday as we didn’t want to turn away some of you who travelled from Castlemaine or Trentham for the class. The studio has evolved over the years, with my growth as a teacher, the yogis whom I serve and also in the last 18 months, the changes which we need to adapt to help serve a greater community. It’s humbling to know that we still have a good handful of yogis who have been practising at the studio from when we first started in 2013, and all of you at the studio have brought the richness to our lives with your journeys in life and yoga. We’ve missed our second winter sangha but I’m sure we’ll catch up as a group very soon as I love the community that we‘ve built and taking yoga as a life skill beyond the asana, beyond the mat, beyond the yoga room. See you all very soon.
